Aurelie

Aurélie (alias Lily) is from Chantilly, a beautiful city located 40km North of Paris, well-known for its delicious “Chantilly = whipped cream”! When she was 16, she moved with her family to Spain and her passion for foreign languages and traveling started to grow. After graduating from Law school, Aurelie decided to pursue her passion for traveling and visited many countries, among them: Japan, New-Zealand, Australia and Mexico.

This journey took her to Vancouver, Canada where she decided to share her passion for languages and teach French with us at Learn French in Vancouver! She speaks fluently French, English and Spanish and is learning Italian, Japanese and Mandarin! She also enjoys playing the guitar and teaches French songs to our lovely students!

Eloise

Eloïse was born in the southern part of Belgium, close to the border with the French département Nord-Pas-de-Calais where the plot of the film “Bienvenue chez les Ch’tis” is set.

After graduating in Modern Languages (English and German) in 2013, she spent five years and half in Austria where she taught French in Mozart’s beautiful birthplace, namely Salzburg. She then moved to Canada and lived in Manitoba for about two years before recently settling in BC. She loves meeting new people, reading, cycling, hiking in the mountains, swimming in lakes and feels very excited about exploring BC’s stunning nature.

She is passionate about languages (her New Year’s resolution is to brush up on her Modern Greek!) and enjoys teaching and helping students achieve their full potential in French.

Marion

Hello everyone! I’m Marion, originally from Rouen, a charming city just an hour away from Paris, where I spent all my childhood weekends. After completing my master’s degree, I chose Vancouver to fulfill my Canadian dream, and teaching my language while sharing my culture is an even more rewarding experience for me. Sharing is at the core of my passion, having previously worked in an association with people from various nationalities.

Beyond teaching, I particularly enjoy gastronomy, nature, and sports activities. However, what excites me the most is creating a safe and positive environment for my students. I want them to feel comfortable and inspired during my classes. I’m looking forward to sharing my culture and language with you!

In 2012, she starts a new chapter in Vancouver. Discovering the multicultural life and how French could be an asset, she decided to become a professional French Tutor.

On the side, Noëlie enjoys writing articles about culture, society, or stories. She worked for a local newspaper before being a freelance writer. Words always take place in her life in order to connect with people.

Working for different schools, she has been a certified DELF-DALF A1-C1 examiner and corrector since 2017. Sharing a language means sharing culture for her, building bridges to discover each other in some other ways. She considers learning a language is an exchange opening new perspectives.

Sabrina

Sabrina is a French Canadian woman born in a small village in Montebello, Québec. After she got her high school diploma, she went to college and got her diploma in Languages.
