Nous recherchons un(e) enseignant(e) expérimenté(e) en Français Langue Seconde (FLS) pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine expansion. Si vous êtes passionné(e) par l’enseignement et souhaitez aider les étudiants à atteindre leurs objectifs linguistiques grâce à des méthodes pédagogiques innovantes et interactives, nous serions ravis de recevoir votre candidature !
Responsabilités principales
- Proposer des cours dynamiques de français à des étudiants de différents niveaux (débutant à avancé).
- Encourager la confiance et la fluidité dans les compétences orales, écrites, de compréhension et d’expression grâce à des approches interactives et communicatives.
- Adapter les plans de cours et le matériel pédagogique en fonction des objectifs et besoins spécifiques des étudiants, qu’ils soient en cours individuel ou en groupe.
- Créer un environnement d’apprentissage motivant et accueillant qui inspire les étudiants à atteindre leur plein potentiel.
- Participer à des événements communautaires pour renforcer l’engagement avec les étudiants.
Qualifications & Exigences
- Maîtrise linguistique : Niveau de français natif (oral et écrit).
- Expérience pédagogique : Expérience dans l’enseignement du français langue seconde à des adultes ou des jeunes.
- Enseignement hybride : Nous proposons des cours en présentiel à Vancouver et des cours en ligne pour les étudiants à travers le Canada.
- Compétences : Excellentes compétences en communication, organisation et gestion du temps.
- Maîtrise des outils numériques : Familiarité avec les plateformes d’enseignement digital (ex. : Zoom, Google Classroom, Teachable ou équivalents).
- Passion : Enthousiasme sincère pour l’enseignement des langues et les échanges culturels.

- Type de contrat : Travailleur indépendant
- Heures minimales : 10 heures par semaine au minimum
- Emploi du temps :
- Les cours en groupe se déroulent le soir (de 17h30 à 20h30) les lundis/mercredis ou mardis/jeudis.
- Les cours particuliers sont organisés tout au long de la journée.
- Tarification horaire : Le taux horaire varie selon le type de cours (cours particulier, en présentiel, préparation à l’examen).

Operations Coordinator
Job Opportunity: Operations Coordinator – Learn French in Vancouver

At Learn French in Vancouver, we are passionate about empowering our students with the knowledge and confidence to speak French. Since our founding, we’ve become a trusted hub for French learning experiences and TEF exam preparation in Vancouver.
Our mission is to inspire and support our students on their language-learning journey by offering high-quality instruction, creative resources, and a personalized approach. To help us continue growing, we’re looking for an organized, proactive, and creative Operations Coordinator to support our expanding operations in Vancouver, Canada, and other Canadian cities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main communication link between teachers and students, ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, course organization, and regular updates.
- Respond promptly to student inquiries via email and phone, assess their proficiency level, and recommend the most suitable course for their needs.
- Provide ongoing support to students by actively participating in and moderating discussions within our community forums to enhance their learning experience.
- Identify and suggest improvements to streamline and automate operational processes for greater efficiency.
- Oversee course planning and implement updates using tools such as Airtable, WhatsApp groups, and other communication channels.
- Execute marketing initiatives by managing email campaigns, newsletters, and social media content to promote our programs and events.
- Maintain and enhance course content on platforms like Teachable, including uploading videos and optimizing resources to improve the learning experience.
- Coordinate administrative tasks for events from start to finish, including sending invitations, confirming attendance, and managing follow-up communications.
- Teach French for a minimum of 6 to 8 hours per week, as we believe hands-on involvement with students will provide valuable insights to better support both their learning journey and the needs of our teaching staff.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience in administrative coordination, project management, or a similar role.
- Experience in education or language learning
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Airtable CRM, WhatsApp, email marketing platforms, and content management systems (e.g., Teachable or similar).
- A collaborative and problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Enjoy a flexible schedule with availability to step in for evening group classes (5:00–8:30 PM) when needed, such as covering for teachers on sick, and supporting monthly events.
Salary
$50,000 per year plus up to 20% annual performance-based bonuses linked to the company’s revenue growth.
